RISO Face Down Finisher

The ComColor finisher with offset stacking and stapling function automates post-print processing: it quickly sorts prints, forms neat stacks, and promptly creates booklets. It works with a wide range of formats and paper types, providing stable, non-shift stacking for sheets from 90×148 mm to 340×550 mm, and also supports offset stacking for standard and non-standard sizes. Compatible with paper 46–210 g/m², and for stapling — 52–210 g/m². The output tray accepts stacks up to 108 mm high, which is convenient for large print runs. Collation up to 50 sheets (A4, B5, Letter) and up to 25 sheets (A3, B4, Ledger, Legal, Protocol) makes the module a practical solution for offices and professional print shops where speed, order, and finishing quality matter.​

The ComColor finisher for offset stacking and stapling is an external module that takes over the main finishing operations immediately after printing. The device confidently works with standard and non-standard formats, performing non-offset stacking in the range from 90 × 148 mm to 340 × 550 mm. For fast sorting, an offset stacking mode is available: for standard paper width — 182 × 257 mm to 297 × 431.8 mm, and for non-standard width — 131 × 148 mm to 305 × 550 mm. Support for paper weights of 46–210 g/m² makes the module versatile for different media, and the high-capacity output tray (up to 108 mm in height) allows accumulation of large volumes without frequent stops. The finisher collates documents up to 50 sheets for A4, B5 (JIS), Letter and up to 25 sheets for A3, B4 (JIS), Ledger, Legal, Protocol, with stapling available on paper 52–210 g/m². This is an optimal solution for offices, educational institutions, and print shops where speed, accuracy, and stable page order in finished sets are required.
